Minister of Economy, Mohamed Saeed has said that the Special Economic Zone opportunities will be prioritized to important matters unavailable in Maldives.
Economic minister made this remark in reply to Miadhu Daily regarding the decision of the government to open US dollar 150 million worth of projects under SEZ.
He said that various projects in different fields will be commenced which will benefit the people and bring much development to the nation.
“For example Maldives can get the technology for mariculture. If that happens it will benefit many people,” he said.
Minister Mohamed Saeed said that finance institutes wont cost much but it will definitely benefit the country.
