Charges have been filed against Abdulla Shan, Noorange, Thundi, L. Gan, in connection to the sexual assault of a woman that took place on board a safari boat docked off suburban Hulhumale’.
Prosecutor General’s Office announced on Sunday that charges against Shan were filed with the Hulhumale’ Magistrate Court on January 6.
