His Excellency Dr. Anwar Al Agha، Ambassador of Palestine to the Republic of Maldives، has called on the Foreign Minister، Her Excellency Ms. Dunya Maumoon.
Foreign Ministry’s website stated that، during the call on Sunday afternoon، the Foreign Minister welcomed the Ambassador and expressed the close-to-heart attachments Maldives has with Palestine. Foreign Minister briefed the Ambassador on the Maldives Gaza Fund and the huge support by the people of the Maldives to the Palestine.
Ambassador Agha expressed the appreciation of the Government and the people of Palestine for the generous support by the Government and people of the Maldives. The Ambassador also briefed the Minister on the situation in Gaza after the ceasefire.
Minister Dunya was accompanied by His Excellency Mr. Abdulla Hameed، Ambassador-at- Large of Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
