President Yameen Abdul Gayoom assigns Tourism Minister Ahmed Adheeb as temporary Home Minister.
President Office spokesperson Ibrahim Muaz Ali confirms the news via his twitter account today.
His tweet stated the temporary helm of Home Ministry was assigned to Adheeb over Home Minister Umar Nazeer’s departure out of state. However، Muaz did not disclose the details of Minister Umar’s destination.
According to reports، Home Minister Umar Nazeer is travelling abroad on a personal matter.
