Housing Minister Dr. Mohamed Muizz has said that the International Monetary Fund (IMF) have issued a statement on Tuesday praising the economic policies of President Abdulla Yameen Abdul Gayoom.
Speaking to the press, Dr. Muizz said that the government has been carrying out many important and beneficial services to the people. He said that it is saddening that the opposition is trying to cause unrest in the society.
Dr. Muizz said that the actions of the opposition will not only cause damages to the country but will also cause much damage to the people.
While, Dr. Muizz made this remark he did not specifically make any comments regarding the concerns raised by the opposition regarding the actions of the current government.
The Housing Minister noted that the current government has been conducting many housing projects to develop the nation.
