Islamic Minister Dr. Mohamed Shaheem Ali Saeed has urged all members of the Adhaalath Party not to participate in any attempts to topple the current government.
Dr. Shaheem said that lessons should be derived from the past instead of forgetting the past. He said that the Adhaalath Party should not enter into the ranks of the colonist thoughts.
He said that Adhaalath Party still has the opportunity to correct the affairs of the current government with good admonition and counsel.
He called all scholars of the Adhaalath Party to remain patient and not to give into emotions. He said that all scholars of the party should take a peaceful and wise approach.
While the Islamic Minister made this remarks, the President of the Adhaalath Party, Sheikh Imran Abdullan has been criticizing the government openly on his official twitter account.
