Our prayers are with Nepal’s people- Two Former Presidents

The two former President’s of Maldives، President Maumoon Abdul Gayoom and President Dr. Mohamed Waheed has stated that that their heartfelt prayers are with the people of Nepal، following the massive earthquake.
The two President made the statement on a tweet made today (Saturday).
The tweet made by the President Maumoon stated that he is distressed due to the earthquake Nepal suffered today and stated that the prayers of Maldivian’s are with the people of Nepal.

The tweet made by the President Waheed stated that he is concerned by the earthquake and stated that he hopes that loss is too much. President Waheed has also stated that his prayers are with the people of Nepal.

The quake triggered approximately 50 miles out of Nepal and 31 kilo meters below، following which Nepal was hit with several blows of quakes.
Until now، the death toll has reached to 777 and is expected to grow، CNN reports
The earthquake was hit at a 7.7 rector magnitude on Nepal، which was strongly felt at parts of neighboring India’s cities، including New Delhi as per reports.
Reportedly، the earthquake is the deadliest quake in Nepal after the earthquake suffered in 1934.
