Managing Director of State Trading Organization (STO) Adam Azim has said that the hope of the company is to be a center that recruits leaders.
He made this remark speaking at the School Band Festival organized by the company.
Adam Azim said that the aim of STO in holding such an activity is to develop the skills of the students. He said that STO wants to recruit the best students.
“We want to create in them the love for STO. Our aim is to see these skillful and intelligent students in the ranks of the employees of STO,” he said.
He said that the company is already working for it. He added that the company calls all intelligent and the best students to join STO.
Seven schools in Male’ showcased their bands at the festival held yesterday afternoon at the Artificial Beach.
The festival was a joint effort of the Maldives National Cadet Corps, Ministry of Education and the STO.
