President Dr Mohamed Muizzu attended the groundbreaking ceremony of the Maldives International Financial Centre (MIFC) earlier this morning.
At the ceremony held at Hulhumalé third phase, the commemorative plaque for the centre was unveiled by Moosa Zameer, the Maldives’ Minister of Finance and Planning and His Highness Sheikh Nayef bin Eid Al Thani, President of MBS Global Investment.
His Highness Sheikh Nayef bin Eid Al Thani, President of MBS Global Investment, Nadeem Hussain, CEO of MBS Global Investments, and Ahmed Saaid Musthafa, the Deputy Minister of Finance and Planning, addressed the ceremony. They highlighted the new concepts of financial support being introduced through the MIFC and their vision into the future road ahead.
The ceremony was attended by senior government officials and senior representatives from MBS Global Investments Co. LLC.
