Minister at President’s Office، Mohamed Hussain Shareef (Mundhu) has met with the Sri Lankan President Maithripala Sirisena.
Minister Mundhu and President Sirisena met in the discussions held between Maldives and Sri Lanka regarding the political situation in Maldives.
During the meeting، Maldivian delegation had shared the political situation developed in Maldives with President Sirisena and the senior officials of Sri Lankan Government.
The meeting was participated by Attorney General Mohamed Anil، PPM Parliamentary Group Leader and the MP for Villimale’، Ahmed Nihan Hussain Manik and the MP for Kela، Ali Arif.
Maldivian delegation had also met with Prime Minister Ranil Wickremasinghe and Sri Lankan Finance Minister Ravi Karunayake.
