Minister of Islamic Affairs Dr. Shaheem Ali Saeed has informed that most of the Islamic Scholars to deliver public speeches in Maldives within this year will be brought from the Western Countries.
Minister Shaheem made his statement on a tweet he posted on Saturday.

Ministry of Islamic Affairs have already invited famous American Scholar Yasir Gazi and Zimbabwean Scholar Mufti Ismail Menk to visit Maldives to deliver public speeches.
In addition to the two scholars، reportedly two more scholars have been invited. Imam of London Central Mosque Sheikh Saeed and Imam of Masjid Al-Nabawi Dr. Solah Mudair are both expected in Maldives this year.
