Bank of Maldives (BML) has announced that they would be providing their customers with better service than ever, during the upcoming Eid al-Adha holidays, with features such as the self-service banks in Malé and the Cash Agents in the atolls.
BML announced today that, despite September 22nd being a government holiday, they will provide cash withdrawal and depositing services from the BML main branch. They added that withdrawal and depositing services would be available 24h hours from 8 self-service units in the upcoming weekend.
BML self-service banking units are placed bellow the Main branch, the branch on Majeedhee magu, the Bazaar Branch, BML lite, Velaanaage, Boduthakurufaanumagu near the artificial beach, Ameenee Magu near the Finance Ministry and at the Ibrahim Nasir International Airport (INIA).
Cash agent services have been introduced to more than 100 islands in the country, where customers would be able to withdraw MVR 2,000 per day. BML noted that their ATM services, Internet Banking service and their customer service hotline at 333-0200 would be available 24 hours, even on weekends.
BML head of Customer Service Moosa Nimaal said that BML's aim is to provide customers quality service 24 hours even on weekends. He said that the investment towards the self-service banking units are a huge step towards the goal.
