Live chat with customer care available using ‘My Ooredoo’

In order to provide better services, Ooredoo has introduced live chat between customers and customer care employees using Ooredoo’s mobile application ‘My Ooredoo’.
The new feature is available in Google Play Store for those with android, and will be available for iOS within a week.
A statement released by Ooredoo said that, because digital customer care channels are being integrated, they will receive better feedback on what the customers want in terms of service.
Ooredoo CEO Vikram Sinha said that since their customers are tech-savvy, they will be able to provide better services for their customers using these smart solutions, and that in accordance with their aim to provide customers with international-level services, they have introduced this completely new digital customer care service.
Sinha said that Ooredoo’s main goals is to provide customers with the services that they want, and that he was pleased that customers will be better help through their digital customer care service.
