Home Minister Umar Naseer has denied the charges filed in Court on claims of refusing to obey orders issued on him.
The hearing of the case was held at 10.00 am today, where his lawyer, Mohamed Ibrahim, stated that Minister Umar was not formally informed of the trial and that he was only made aware of the trial due to media reports.
Lawyer Mohamed Ibrahim stated that his client needed additional time to prepare for the case and requested documentation regarding the case.
