ކިތަންމެ މަސައްކަތް ބުރަކޮށް އުޅުނު ނަމަވެސް ހެނދުނާއި ހަވީރު ޛިކުރުކުރަން 15 ވަރަކަށް މިނިޓް ހޭދަކުރަން އެބަޖެހެއެވެ. ހެނދުނާއި ހަވީރު: 
1 އާޔަތުލް ކުރުސި 2 ފަހަރު އިޚްލާޞް ސޫރަތް 3 ފަހަރު އަލަފަލަޤް ސޫރަތް 4 ފަހަރު އައްނާސް ސޫރަތް 3 ފަހަރު ކިޔަވާށެވެ. އަދި މި ދެ ދުޢާ ވެސް 3 ފަހަރު ކިޔަވާށެވެ! އެއިރުން އެމީހަކު މުޅި ދުވަހު އަދި ރޭގަނޑުވެސް ހުންނާނީ ﷲ ތަޢާލާގެ ރައްކައުތެރިކަމުގައެވެ. 
.بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الَّذِي لَا يَضُرُّ مَعَ اسْمِهِ شَيْءٌ فِي الْأَرْضِ وَلَا فِي السَّمَاءِ وَهُوَ السَّمِيعُ الْعَلِيْمُ 
Uthman bin 'Affan (May Allah be pleased with him) reported:
The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said, "He who recites three times every morning and evening: 'Bismillahil-ladhi la yadurru ma'as-mihi shai'un fil-ardi wa la fis-sama'i, wa Huwas-Sami'ul-'Alim (In the Name of Allah with Whose Name there is protection against every kind of harm in the earth or in the heaven, and He is the All-Hearing and All- Knowing),' nothing will harm him."

أَعُوذُ بِكَلِمَاتِ اللَّهِ التَّامَّاتِ مِنْ شَرِّ مَا خَلَقَ
A man came to Nabi (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) and said: O Rasulullah! I was stung by a scorpion last night. Nabi (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) said:
‘Had you recited these words in the evening, it would not have harmed you: A’udhu bikalima tillahit tammati min sharri ma khalaq‘
(Sahih Muslim, Hadith: 2709)
