News 360, a Sri Lankan newspaper reported that a team of delegates from businesses in Sri Lanka and Maldives are set to meet and participate in a business forum to be held in Colombo.
The paper stated that preeminent businessman Qasim Ibrahim will speak in the forum hosted by Sri Lanka- Maldives Bilateral Business Council and Ceylon Chamber of Commerce, in Hilton Colombo.
The deadline to register for the forum expires at 3.00 pm Sri Lanka time.
The team of delegates participating in the forum from Maldives amount to 25, out of which 18 are representatives from Maldivian businesses and the rest 7 members are officials from the Government.
President Yameen is scheduled to depart to Sri Lanka on a state visit tomorrow.
