Indian High Comissioner in Maldives, Mr Rajeev Shahaare has met the Chancellor of Maldives National University. Both discussed cooperation in higher education,scientific research scholarships for Maldivians in India and cooperation in distance learning and establishment of open university for learning in Maldives in partnership with Indian universities.
They also discussed about future tie-ups between the India Maldives Friendship Faculty of Tourism and Indian Hospitality Institutes.
