Visit Maldives has promoted the island nation at the USTOA Annual Conference and Marketplace 2021.
The annual travel and trade fair from the US was held at the Manchester Grand Hyatt, San Diego, California from 07 until 10 December.
Moreover, at the event Maldives was promoted as a top tourist destination and a safe haven for travelers. In addition to this, the travel trades of USA were provided with latest information and travel guidelines related to the Maldivian tourism industry.
Furthermore, Visit Maldives focused on various tourism segments including luxury and budget travel options as well as MICE tourism opportunities for businesses.
Meanwhile, various tourist properties in the Maldives including tourist resorts, guesthouses, hotels and liveaboards were advertised at the event.
The USTOA Annual Conference and Marketplace since its inception in 1972 has been a distinguished event for being the only such travel and trade fair originating from the United States bringing North American travel companies and tourism suppliers together with international travel industry stakeholders.
