The investigation comes after an X-ray went viral on social media on Monday, appearing to show a foreign object stuck in a body cavity of a patient.
An official from the Health Ministry told Sun on Wednesday that the ministry is aware of the situation and is looking into it.
However, the ministry declined to name the hospital accused of leaking the information.
