Ooredoo Maldives successfully concluded the "Ooredoo Fun Run 2025" in Addu City, Maradhoo, bringing together over 3,000 participants for what has become known as the Maldives’ most joyful 5K run.
The vibrant event featured a festive atmosphere, with foam zones, colour splash stations, and obstacle points set up at each kilometer, making the run a lively and inclusive experience for runners of all ages.
Each participant who completed the run received a custom-designed medal featuring the "Don Dheenee", a bird species native to Addu City, adding a local cultural touch to the event’s memorabilia.
Ooredoo Maldives extended its appreciation to the Addu City Mayor, partners, staff, and volunteers for their vital support. “Thanks to your encouragement and cooperation, we have been able to create a truly joyful experience for everyone involved,” the company stated.
The Ooredoo Fun Run initiative is part of the company’s broader effort to promote healthy lifestyles and community unity through engaging, family-friendly events across the country.
