President Abdulla Yameen Abdul Gayoom has today appointed Mohamed Ashmalee as the Deputy Minister of Transport and Communications.
President's Office said today that Ashmalee was appointed Deputy Minister to the head the National Centre for Information Technology (NCIT).
Ashmalee is a member of the Progressive Party of Maldives (PPM) and was an advocate of President Yameen’s policies during the presidential election.
