Maldives Police Service on Monday revealed that a dinghy carrying 11 men capsized off the coast of Manadhoo, Noonu Atoll.
According to Police, the incident was reported at approximately 1930 hrs. Police assured that no serious injuries occurred and that everyone was stable and in Manadhoo.
The 11 men departed from Miladhoo in the same atoll to play a football match in Manadhoo.
The vessel was badly damaged in the incident.
Authorities are currently investigating the matter.
