Various activities were held to mark and develop the relationship between China and the Maldives.
The activities, with bumper prizes, focused on cultural aspects, including learning how to eat with chopsticks and other such activities.
Information about the China Maldives Friendship Bridge was also provided in the evening.
The event was organized by Housing Ministry, bridge contractor and two civil society organizations formed to develop the bond between the two nations.
The event was held near the Usfasgandu grounds behind Dharubaaruge and was attended by many, including Housing Minister Dr. Mohamed Muizzu and Chinese Ambassador to the Maldives Wang FuKang.
