One injured in a crash between two motorbikes near Marrybrown in Boduthakurufaanu Magu is being treated at Indira Gandhi Memorial Hospital (IGMH).
Police said they received a report of a crash between two motorbikes driving west to east on Boduthakurufaanu Magu, near the running track, at approximately 17:25pm this evening.
One person injured in the accident is being treated at IGMH, the Police added, without providing any further details.
The accident is under investigation by the authority.
Accidents remain concerningly high in Male’ area which is packed with vehicles. Some of these accidents have resulted in serious injuries, and on occasions, fatalities.
