The organization announced that the hotline will be operational during regular working hours and is also available via Viber and WhatsApp, allowing the public to easily request information or assistance through multiple platforms.
As the primary institution responsible for blood collection and transfusion in the Maldives, Maldivian Blood Services continues to expand its outreach and improve public service delivery. In line with this effort, the organization revised its operating hours from April 6, now providing services from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM, Saturday through Thursday.
