(Fuvahmulah): Maldivian Democratic Party (MDP) has held a dive in Fuvahmulah Wednesday voicing to immediately release Nasheed، who is sentenced to 13 years in prison due to proven terrorism charges for illegally detaining Abdulla Gaazee in 2012.
More than 50 divers had took part in the protest “Equator Dive”. Along with Diving، snorkeling and various other sea sports were conducted.
MDP’s Youth Wing’s President Mohamed Azmeel (Azu) informed “Vaguthu” that the purpose of the event is to voice for the immediate release of the Island President.
