Three suspects arrested from Male’ on Sunday for attempted assault have been remanded in custody of the police.
The three suspects, including a 17-year-old boy, were arrested at around 08:17 pm on Sunday from the Dhonhuraa Goalhi in the Violet Magu of Male’ City for an attempt to commit assault.
The adults arrested in the case are:
Mohamed Ayan, 18, Fandunuvaage, GDh. Gadhdhoo
Ahmed Maniu, 23, Ma. Rihi Villa, K. Male’
They were presented before the court for their remand hearing on Monday.
According to the police, Ayan and Maniu were remanded in custody of the police for 15 days, while the 17-year-old was remanded in custody of the police for five days.
The case is under further investigation by the police.
