Students of the Atoll School in Haa Alifu Hoarafushi have started a volleyball camp.
This volleyball camp is being conducted by the Hoarafushi Women’s Development Committee (WDC) with the assistance of the Hoarafushi Council.
The training of the students in this camp is being led by Sri Lankan volleyball legend Kalika Vasanthapuriya.
The Hoarafushi Women’s Development Committee consistently assists the students of the Atoll School in various ways to support their progress. For instance, the committee also provided assistance for the study camps held in October and November this year to prepare the school’s Grade 10 students for their O’ Level examinations.
