Maldives Association of Human Resource Professionals (MAHRP) has announced  ‘HR Best Practice Share and Knowledge Session’ on employee relations to be hosted on 14th July as a part of the association’s ongoing series. The session is set to take place at the Maldives National University’s Faculty of Education Auditorium from 8-10PM.
Mohamed Shihab, Chief Operating Officer at Damas Pvt Ltd will give a presentation on best practices in handling disciplinary issues and related policies and procedures at the workplace, during the session. Guraisha Ismail, Manager Employee Relations at Maldives Airports Company Limited (MACL) will also speak at the sessions on grievance management and its implications at the workplace.
MAHRP is also in preparation to host the first-ever learning and development conference in Maldives – Learning and Development Conference 2019, which is set to take place next month, August 3 at the Maldives National University’s main auditorium. The conference is a one-day event focused on finding smart, creative strategies and techniques to meet the current demand and needs of learning and development.
Maldives Association of Human Resource Professionals is Maldives’s first professional association registered at Ministry of Home Affairs, devoted to human resources and people development. The association is known for regularly hosting knowledge share events, exclusive training event with world’s leading customer experience consultant Ron Kaufman and first-ever National HR Convention and Expo.
