A sea ambulance travelling from H.A. Hoarafushi to H.A. Dhidhdhoo with a patient، has run aground on a reef along the coast of Dhidhdhoo ‘neru’.
According to the information received by “Vaguthu”، this sea ambulance ran aground at around 10.15 pm last night along the ‘neru’.
Informants say that no one has been injured in this incident. The sea ambulance was freed off the reef within 20 minutes.
The patient in the sea ambulance being taken to Dhidhdhoo was a 17 year old boy who got injured while playing sports.
