There has been an increase in artillary bombardment over at Dohensk city of Ukraine overnight as per reports.
According to Daryna Mayer of BBC، the shelling has been reported as the worst in more than a month، that lasted for eight hours، and she added that it appeared the exchange of gunfire was coming from both rebel and government positions.
The fighting ignited a day after monitoring picked up un-marked military vehicles at rebel-held areas. As per Ukraine، they believe the rebels are receiving military arsenal through Russian government.
Though allegations are tied to Russian government، Moscow denies their involvement of sending equipment to rebel base camps despite rumors of Russian fighters on leave were fighting amongs rebels.
More than 4000 people died since the fighting erupted back in April after pro-Russian separatists ceased control of the regions of Dohensk and Luhansk.
A bleak ceasefire was put up in September 5، though it did not see the number of people getting killed in the crossfire decreasing.
