President Abdulla Yameen Abdul Gayoom has sent National Day felicitations to the Amir of the State of Qatar His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani, and Prime Minister and Minister for the Interior of the State of Qatar His Excellency Sheikh Abdullah bin Nasser bin Khalifa Al-Thani.
In separate messages sent to the Qatari Amir and Prime Minister, President Yameen has extended warm greetings and sincere good wishes of the Government and the people of the Maldives, to the Government and brotherly people of Qatar, on the auspicious occasion of Qatar’s National Day. He has also expressed his hopes for further consolidation of the fraternal relations existing between the two countries.
In his message, President Yameen has extended his good wishes for the continued peace and progress of the brotherly people of Qatar.
