Male’ City Mayor has announced plans to develop a massive parking structure at Hulhumale’.
According to Mayor Dr. Mohamed Muizzu, Male’ City Council has started the preliminary works for the development of a mega-parking venue at the satellite town, though he has not disclosed any dates for commencement.
As per Dr. Muizzu the finished structure will have the capacity to accommodate 500 vehicles simultaneously – especially four-wheelers including automobiles.
Moreover, the new initiative by Male’ City Council aims to reduce the number of parked vehicles across Hulhumale’ roads and streets.
Dr. Muizzu and his efforts have become recipient of public praise as the council is proactive with urbanization plans across Greater Male’ Region.
