A young boy kidnapped in the Maldivian capital has been found murdered.
The police said the possible kidnapping of a 13-year-old boy was reported to the authority on Sunday.
Following search efforts, the boy was found murdered at 02:38 am this Tuesday, said the police.
The body of the young boy has been taken to Indhira Gandhi Memorial Hospital (IGMH).
The police have made two arrests in connection to the case; a 17-year-old boy and a 27-year-old man.
The case is under investigation by the police.
