President Dr Mohamed Muizzu has revised the specific numbers used in official correspondence, following recent changes to the administrative framework. The updates have been published under Directive No. 9/2026.
The revised numbering is as follows:
• 1139 – Ministry of Climate Change, Environment and Energy
• 10 – Ministry of Homeland Security, Labour and Technology
• 13 – Ministry of Finance and Public Enterprises
• 22 – Ministry of Education, Higher Education and Skills Development
• 23 – Ministry of Health, Family and Welfare
• 101 – Ministry of Economic Development, Transport and Trade
• 30 – Ministry of Fisheries, Agriculture and Ocean Resources
• 142 – Ministry of Islamic Affairs and Endowments
