As a fire broke at Maldives Water & Sewerage Company (MWSC) building، the company is cutting off water system and network in Male’.
Reportedly MWSC is cutting off water due to security reasons. They have not disclosed when the water service will be resumed.
The fire reportedly started from a generator at the MWSC. Later، the fire spread to the Panel Board nearby، reports say.
MNDF Fire & Rescue officials are currently at the scene to put the fire out.
Even though no one is reportedly injured due to the incident، thick smokes are spread near the area.
