A member of the delegates from the Commonwealth convoy has met with a member of Former President Nasheed’s lawyers team privately.
Political Affairs Adviser of Commonwealth، Alison Parman has met with a lawyer of President Nasheed، the Former Youth Minister Hassan Latheef. The meeting was held in the Hotel Gen on Wednesday night.
However، the reason for the meeting has not been disclosed.
Former President Nasheed has been jailed for a term of 13 years for allegations of terrorism for illegally detaining Abdulla Gaazee in 2012.
