Sharif Mohamed، the Media Coordinator at President’s Office has been dismissed.
Though the reason was not disclosed، Sharif، who was appointed to the position on 12 July، was dismissed as the Media Coordinator of the President’s Office today.
His dismissal came with an audio clip of him saying that he would even lock horns with Vice Presiden ‘in defence of President Abdulla Yameen’، was leaked.
Some media reports say، he made the apparent statement in a viber chat with ruling PPM members.
Sharif was previously a member of the Jumhooree Party (JP)، however، later signed to PPM.
