Maldives Pool Billiard Association (MPBA) gets ready to kick-off their Inter Office/Company Billiard Competition، scheduled for tonight.
The competition sees a total of 10 teams in the form of Maldives National Defense Force (MNDF)، Customs، Maldives Ports Limited (MPL)، Public Service Media (PSM)، President’s Office، STELCO، Department of Immigration and Emigration، Maldives Water and Sewerage Company (MWSC)، Dhiraagu and Trans Maldivian Airways (TMA).
The competition is organized to be held in two separate events; singles and group matches. All players representing the ten teams are participating in the singles event.
Team event has been distributed to a total of two groups، with Group A consisting of STELCO، TMA، President’s Office، MPL and MNDF. While Group B consists the remainder، which are PSM، Immigration Department، MWSC، Dhiraagu and Maldives Customs Services.
Semifinalists of the team event will be chosen from the victors and runner-ups of the group stage event.
Inter Office/Company Billiard Competition، which kicks off tonight will proceed till 21st August، at MPBA’s Club House.
