‘Girls to Code’ Programme Kicks Off in Fuvahmulah

‘Girls to Code’ programme has been kicked-off in Nyaviyani Atoll, Fuvahmulah City today.
Girls to Code is a joint programme held by the leading telecommunications provider, Dhiraagu and Women in Tech Maldives for girls aged from 14 to 20 years, to encourage and inspire more women to join the tech field. According to a statement by Dhiraagu, Students will be trained on how to code and develop basic websites using programming tools.
Women In Tech Maldives (Women in Techmv) is a non-profit organization working to inspire, empower and celebrate women in Science and Technology. The organization aims to accelerate the growth of women in science and technology by creating opportunities that foster innovation and build the community.
