Maldives Association of Human Resource Professionals (MAHRP) has announced that the fifth edition of its flagship Learning and Development Conference will be held on September 13.
Since its inception in 2019, the MAHRP L&D Conference has been a key platform for shaping the future of work—offering ideas, insights, and innovations that fuel growth and excellence.
With this year’s gathering of HR professionals, learning leaders, and business pioneers, MAHRP promises to deliver yet another transformative experience.
The theme for this year’s conference is “Navigating Tomorrow: Building Future-Ready Organizations Through Transformative Learning,” reflecting the evolving needs of our workplaces and the urgent call for organizations to lead with intention, agility, and innovation.
According to MAHRP, the conference will focus on four key pillars driving change in today’s learning and talent landscape:
Skills-based talent transformation
Human-centric leadership in a digital age
AI-powered learning revolution
Organizational agility and change management
According to MAHRP, participants will gain valuable perspectives from an inspiring lineup of international keynote speakers, local experts, and industry leaders.
With interactive sessions and collaborative learning formats, this event is designed to empower professionals with the tools and mindset to thrive in a constantly evolving world of work.
Registration opens on July 1.
Established in 2018, MAHRP is the Maldives’ first registered professional body for HR and people development. It is a non-profit organization with a mission to elevate the HR profession by promoting best practices, fostering meaningful connections, and contributing to national human capital growth.
