Kanditheemu constituency MP, Mohamed Hussein has said that the state budget passed every year in the Maldives should be a practical budget.
Mohamed Hussein stated that the budget proposed by the government have been becoming bigger every year however each year ends without implementing the things mentioned in the budget.
“Many projects are allocated. Even for Kanditheemu constituency. Yes. However what happens? What happens is that much of it are not implemented. Things mentioned in 2013 still remains in 2014. And now 2015 also includes the same projects,” he said.
Mohamed Hussein said that the budget should be practical and efforts should be made to make it practical.
He said that it is too much if the same things are included each year.
