BML opens branch in Gahdhoo

Bank of Maldives (BML), on Wednesday, inaugurated a self-service banking centre in Gadhdhoo, Gaafu Dhaalu Atoll.
Deputy Chief Executive Officer Aishath Noordeen spoke at the inauguration ceremony held in Gadhdhoo, stating that BML was pleased to support people, businesses and local economy of the island by establishing the new branch.
"This forms a part of our ongoing investment program through which we continue to invest in supporting the local communities we serve", stated Noordeen.
It is BML's aim to facilitate regular deposits, payments and transfers for individuals and businesses. Bank staff will be available during business hours to assist with matters related to credit or debit cards, account opening, as well as well as taking personal and business loans.
The Maldives main bank currently boasts a nationwide network of 36 branches, 38 self-service banking centres and 100 ATMs across 20 atolls as well as digital banking services.
