Experts requested for by Sheesha can only be summoned after informing Indian bank: Civil Court

Civil Court has said that the two experts requested for by Sheesha, in relation to the case of money being fraudulently transferred from Sheesha’s account in State Bank of India (SBI), can only be produced in court after informing the Indian bank of the experts’ details.
The latest request by the three Sheesha brothers regarding this case is to produce two experts and two employees of SBI as witnesses, and to keep confidential from SBI the details of the two experts, until they are produced in court.
However Judge Hathif Hilmy ruled that the defendant should be informed of the details of the experts to be produced in court by Sheesha beforehand.
The Judge dismissed Sheesha’s lawyer Nasir’s justification that SBI may try to influence the experts, by saying that there is no reason to believe that SBI might influence the experts before they are produced in court.
The names of the two employees of SBI requested for by Sheesha were presented at today’s trial. A hearing for this case was scheduled for next week before today’s session was concluded.
Sheesha is suing SBI for the transfer of more than Rf18m from their SBI account to a group that submitted forged documents.
