Non-Resident Ambassador of Maldives Presents Credentials in Kuwait, Vows Stronger Bilateral Ties

The newly appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Maldives to Kuwait, Ahmed Sareer, has presented his Letters of Credence to the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the State of Kuwait, Abdullah Ali Abdullah-Al-Yahya. The ceremony took place on Sunday at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kuwait.
During the meeting that followed the ceremony, Ambassador Sareer conveyed warm greetings and sincere felicitations from President Dr Mohamed Muizzu to the government and the brotherly people of Kuwait. Ambassador Sareer further expressed deep appreciation for the longstanding bonds of friendship and close cooperation between the Maldives and Kuwait and reaffirmed his commitment to further strengthening the existing bilateral relations and advancing mutually beneficial collaboration between the two countries during his tenure.
The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kuwait congratulated Ambassador Sareer on his appointment and extended best wishes for a successful tenure as the Non-Resident Ambassador of the Maldives to Kuwait.
Ambassador Ahmed Sareer currently serves as the Ambassador of the Maldives to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. 
Ambassador Sareer was accompanied at the ceremony by Ahmed Fazeel, Counsellor at the Embassy of the Maldives in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
