Dr. Ali Shameem calls to adhere to the “a” for success

Civil Service Commission’s President Dr. Ali Shameem has said that anyone wanting to achieve success must adhere to the “a” for success.
He made the appeal delivering the keynote address at Thajuddin School prize day for 2014.
Dr. Shameem said that all good qualities started with the letter “alif” of the Dhivehi alphabet, such as education, discipline, behavior, aim, goal, justice, aspiration. However, to some, the letter is reversed to “kaaf” of the Dhivehi alphabet and such people will show corresponding traits which begins with that letter. He cited boastfulness, cowardliness, and dishonesty as such examples.
Dr. Shameem appealed students to refrain from espousing negative traits and adhere to positive traits.
