President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih has concluded an official trip to the UAE and returns back to the Maldives. He travelled to Dubai at the invitation of Crown Prince of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan.
During his three-day visit, President Solih attended the opening ceremony of Abu Dhabi Sustainability Week (ADSW) and the Zayed Sustainability Prize awards ceremony. Afterward, the president visited Expo 2020 Dubai and toured the pavilions, making stops at the Maldives Pavilion, the Singapore Pavilion, the Italy Pavilion, and the Vision Pavilion.
A high-level government delegation accompanied the president on the visit.
