Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Ahmed Khaleel has departed on an official visit to Egypt.
State Minister Khaleel is leading the Maldives delegation for the Bilateral Political Consultations Session to be held between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Maldives and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Egypt. The Bilateral Political Consultations Session is scheduled to be held on December 19, in Cairo, to commemorate the Golden Jubilee of Bilateral Diplomatic Relations between Maldives and Egypt.
Discussions will be held on enhancing the brotherly ties and identifying future areas of cooperation.
