A photo campaign has started in social media platforms، under the slogan “Adeeb for VP” to show solidarity and support for Tourism Minister as the next Vice President of Maldives.
Large numbers of youth had gathered at Tsunami monument’s area at Henveiru، near the helipad to take pictures for the photo campaign، and had endorsed the incumbent Tourism Minister for Vice Presidential seat.
While a social media let campaign to endorse Mr. Adeeb has initiated with a favourable support from youth members، PPM’s Asurumaa wing had also initiated their campaign to endorse Tourism Minister under the slogan “Adeeb for VP”.
Meanwhile PPM’s parliamentary group members are actively endorsing and vying to elect Mr. Adeeb as the new Vice President of Maldives، the no-confidence vote issue of the current Vice President Mohamed Jameel Ahmed has already been presented to Majlis.
