Ministry of Housing awarded another housing project to a company of North Fuvahmulah Member Mohamed Rasheed, Dhonbeys Pvt Ltd.
Ministry stated that the company was contracted the project of MVR 83,807,840 to design and build 100 housing units in LH. Hinnavaru, to be completed within 365 days.
Ministry of Housing also contracted Dhonbeys Pvt Ltd to design and build 50 housing unites in GA. Villingili last June. The project of MVR 48.2 million was contracted to be completed within 270 days.
Ministry of Planning said that in GA. Villingili project, each housing unit will be 700 acres with each room consisting of 3 rooms, 3 bathrooms, a living room, a dining room, a kitchen and a laundry/storage room. Along with this, the building will be made well-lit with a park and a parking lot constructed nearby.
In addition, to complete the unfinished works with additional 48 housing units, the 52 housing unit project initiated on 2011 in HDH. Hanimadhoo, of more than MVR 79 million project was contracted last year July to be completed in 11 months.
The current government has awarded many projects to People’s Majlis North Fuvahmulah Member Mohamed Rasheed’s Dhonbeys Pvt Ltd. Kulhudhuffushi’s 105 housing unit was also contracted to the company by the government as well.
